The Carolina Crew of Keller Williams Realty is your one stop real estate shop. We are a full service real estate firm within a firm. Carolina Crew Realty is affiliated with Keller Williams Realty in Winston Salem but we operate as an independent real estate firm. This set up allows us to have a diverse spectrum of services. We have the best residential sales team in the Winston Salem area. Likewise, we do property management for single family and large multi-family complexes. Most notable is our commercial services.
The Carolina Crew Commercial Division has specialities in land, multi-family (buy/sell/ or manage), religious institutions, commercial leasing, and office space. There are few items in the commercial realm that we cannot help you with or at least direct you to the best resources.
